Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
Most orders ship within 3-7 business days. Orders with 10 or more items are considered 'bulk' orders and processing times depend on how many items are ordered at a time. If you plan on placing a bulk order, please reach out before ordering so we can advise you when your order is estimated to ship. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Any order placed after 5pm EST will begin its processing time the following day. When your item ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number, unless you selected shipping without a tracking number.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING / INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All products are available to ship to the United States from Delaware, USA. International shipping only available to Canada for select products.
Shipping to the USA is completed by USPS or UPS. Once your package has been dropped off at USPS or UPS, the shipping time depends on the courier and we cannot alter how fast the package arrives. Please note, shipping delays may happen due to weather, postal or courier strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances which are out of our control.
ITEMS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is damaged in transit or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the item is damaged in transit, please keep all packaging and email photographs of both the damaged product and damaged shipping box to hello@shoprewt.com within 48 hours of delivery.
